A team of experienced professionals

Coficiné has built a team of professionals whose expertise and knowledge is highly looked upon by the market. Thanks to their knowledge and skillset they can provide accurate, practical and up to date analysis to the customers, in an ever-changing environment where each project is a prototype requiring a tailor-made solution. Our team can also provide valuable advice to our customers regarding the financing sources and possible structures.

Coficiné is led by Silvia Laj, who has been instrumental in the development of Coficiné since 2001; she worked alongside its former CEO, Isabelle Terrel. She took over that function in february 2026, with the support of Christophe Vidal, deputy CEO, who has over 30 years of expertise within the Company.

The Coficiné team includes a network of consultants based in the UK (Edwige Rollin, Stuart Woodward), as well as Paris-based persons in charge of Germany (Sébastien Ledru), Italy (Barbara Tonelli, Deianira Simunno), an in-house lawyer (Niels Maidenberg) and a dedicated analyst (Côme Meunier). They are a crucial contribution to our global expertise and they can easily be reached by our foreign customers.
